Greetings All!  It has been some time since I have blogged however I have been doing some major self work this year. Now I am ready to share my light and love! For the past few months I have been in service to others and in this blog I will be sharing my journey in this work.  Fortunately, I was introduced to natural medicines at a young age. By the time I started having menstrual cramps, my mother was making me ginger and raspberry tea. This kind of upbringing prompted me to research herbal remedies when I was around 18 years old. In 2013 I made the transition into ital eating (or as Mama Tassili says, a plant based livet) - I realized the importance of my health as opposed to how much I weighed. I no longer cared about how much I ate but instead researched all of the ingredients I was actually eating. In 2016, I discovered that my sister was battling multiple cancers. This incited me to study Dr. Sebi's medicinal herbs. Lamentably, my sister did not defeat cancer nonetheless, I felt the responsibility to answer the calling of spreading the information I gained on holistic wellness. During this same time I was working in the film industry chasing my dreams of being a professional performer. I was dancing, modeling, and acting, through which I found myself in many awesome opportunities however, the further into the industry I got, the more I realized that it was not my purpose. This summer, 2018, at the verge of losing my mind, I surrendered my ego and allowed spirit/ my ancestors/ the universe to lead me to what path was truly calling me. I found myself singing ALL THE TIME and spending hours on hours out in nature. I found myself in sacred ceremonies and helping my family with their health issues. In trusting where I was being led, I ended up in an Ayahuasca ceremony. (I did not plan it or even foresee it) That night I asked my guides 'what is next for me in this life?' I received the answer that I was to learn the ways of my ancestors and study sacred plant medicines. About two weeks later I had a mushroom journey on Kolomoki Temple Mound where I received sacred tones which then allowed me to memorize dozens of medicine songs. These medicines have assisted me in a vast amount of self work in a relatively small amount of time. I am so grateful for these plant teachers and the guiding forces of nature. I am even more grateful for my voice and the empowerment and healing that has resulted through me using it. I am now walking in my purpose - a channel for healing energy to work through. Medicine work along with working with children plus beading and creative projects have me feeling quite fulfilled and for that I can only give thanks and continue to share my gifts. I am open to all whom are led to me as a servant of The Most High for the greatest good of all. I am many many things but above all I am love ❤️ If you are interested in any of my services or crafts don't hesitate to send me a message.

Oneness, Love and Light Great People,       I'm going to get right to it, the foods we eat are not the only factors that affect our state of health. A major programmer of our minds is the music we listen to. Are you becoming muSICk? A lot of what's on the radio disturbs my spirit and I know I'm not the only one who feels this. There are so many songs defiling love, disrespecting our people, and degenerating our culture. I have heard demonic messages and wicked propaganda on the Top 40. For example, the news has brought to light the alarming amounts of overdoses on pills that have been occurring; meanwhile there are songs like "Mask Off" that promote these dangerous pills, playing on public radio all day long. We have to take this seriously as it truly does affect our mental states.       Sound is vibrations that permeate the body and soul which is why we feel music. We can not be ignorant and think that what we consistently feed our mind and soul does not program us. This is why the only sounds I listen to are Jazz, International, Inspirational and Spiritual. Most international songs are about love or are simply positive; from Afrobeats to Reggae, Bossa Nova to Salsa. Tones are for healing and should bring you peace and joy. Most are naive in the sense that they are unaware of the curses placed in lots of American music. It should not be taken lightly ESPECIALLY in the presence of children. A child's subconscious mind picks up everything. In fact, yesterday I discovered a song called Funga (Funga Alafia Ase Ase) and I already knew the words. I recognized this song from my childhood and that is not the first time this has happened. A few years ago I remember an old Bob Marley song played and when the chorus came I knew the words "rock to the rock, sock it to the sock". In that moment I could only be grateful to the fact that my parents were cognizant of the songs they listened to around us. Believe it or not, to this day I have a special feeling everytime I hear "Kiss of Life" (and almost every Sade song) and as my Mom will tell it, she listened to so much Sade during her pregnancy with me that she almost named me after her! We are affected by sound before we are even born.       On my journey, the song "Bliss" by Yogini has been an Aumazing example of what tones should do to your spirit- since I have been listening to it I have found an inner peace that has brought patience and calmness into my mind. "Bliss", some Gospel songs and a few Orisha chants have become the soundtrack to my life that keeps me balanced regardless of my situation. That being said, to truly heal holistically we must consider everything we feed our mind, body and spirit to achieve optimal health and wellness. P.S. If you listen to Lil Uzi Vert (Lucifer) PLEASE STOP 😩 Treat your Spirit to sound bowls and sage immediately 🕉

Stay Blessed,
